SUMMARY

A story started with cousins, Dacia and Lou in different perspectives. Both are grown as Americans and when they both reach 17, they need to return to to their homeland (Romania) to meet their other relatives, find proper husband and learn their family secrets which no one ever tell them. This is where Dacia and Luo meet again. Dacia and Luo had been told about The Claw, The Wing and The Smoke but they have no idea what are those mean. Despite their curiosity, Dacia asked a gentlemen, Lord John and his companion, Theo to help them escape from The Flurescus (Dacia and Lou’s family). It is the time for Dacia and Lou to fulfill the prophecy that demand their acceptance of this fate – their family is a shape-shifters.

REVIEW
I found this book is very very interesting and intriguing. To be honest, it’s kinda slow at the beginning but there’s still an interesting input. I love how each characters described. I’m so glad that Dacia doesn’t end up with the prince because I prefer Lord Johnny more. Each chapter of this book told something that you’d never expected and need to read more to reveal. I love how Theo approached Lou. It’s kind of scary but it’s cute flattered. The Flurescu full of dark secrets. Betraying the king? Gosh! You need to know why. Lou personality changed 360 when she discovered who she is. Quite fascinating. She’s more brave. I don’t know how to describe how I love Dacia and Lou’s adventure to figure out and planning the escape. I think it’s worth for me to stay up all weekend. Still though, I need more at the ending.
